NOW HIRING: CLEANER/BUTLER/SPIT N’ POLISHER

Hedon House is looking for casual support with cleaning between Guest stays. You pick your job title – Backup Butler? Casual Cleaner? Forensic Fluffer? Dungeon Rat?

This is a casual position covering weekend changeovers and cleans of the space. The ability to work occasional weekdays is preferred. Shifts are 2-3 hours max at a casual rate of $35 per hour with paid training.

We’ve got a wiki for everything and will provide as much paid training as you need to feel confident handling changes solo. Rostering is generally done a few weeks to a few months in advance for weekends, but can shuffle around with Guest changes and cancellations. The number of shifts per week can vary, but we’ll do our best to meet your needs on shift numbers if you’re able to commit to do the weekend shifts available.

We’re looking for someone who can start ASAP. Extra points if you’re not too gay to drive – we might have other work for you if so!

Resetting the space between Guest stays is a manual-labour kinda gig. You’ll sweat, you’ll do a lotta stairs, you’ll be buff as! Tasks include:

• Getting everything back to its right place
• Changing bed linen
• Toy cleaning (our infection control protocols are high and clear!)
• Laundry
• Rubbish removal
• Cleaning, tidying, refreshing and restocking the space
• Communication with Tha Boss and/or Main Butler

Things we value in humans who work with us in this role:

• Reliability and promptness
• A hawk-eye attention to detail
• Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) infection control protocol re: sex toys, BDSM gear, etc.
• A sense of care for the House and her contents
